October in MAZart Watercolor Club is all about the warmth and glow of yellow, inspired by golden fall leaves and beautiful chanterelles.

This month, we’ll explore just how many shades of yellow we can create, from cold to warm, earthy and golden tones. We’ll experiment with color mixing and discover how small touches of other colors can completely change the feeling of yellow.

Through a series of guided studies, we’ll paint autumn leaves and chanterelles, working with flowing color, shapes, light and shadow. We’ll bring everything together in a loose final painting that captures the rich, golden feeling of fall.

Join me this October and let’s "let the water flow" as we explore the many shades of yellow together.
